Transformation Wheels: Transformation Wheels are smooth on their back side, while on their front side have four spirals recessed into the glass; these four spirals move in a counter-clockwise direction, traveling from the center of the Wheel outwards.

Promotes: Promotes fluidity, ease and fulfillment.

Balances: Use when an individual is overly susceptible to outer influences. Also balances self-centeredness, intensity, and activity motivated by the goal of personal gai. Remvoes physical congestion.

Regeneration Wheels:
Regeneration Wheels have spirals on both sides: the front side has the clockwise-traveling spiral ridges, while the back side has the counter-clockwise-traveling crevasses.
